*THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL, BUREAU OF LANDS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FELICITATE WITH HIS EXCELLENCY ON THE OCCASION OF HIS SECOND ANNIVERSARY OF HIS SECOND TERM IN OFFICE.*
The Director-General, Bureau of Lands and Urban Development Hon. Nazir Yusuf Ochi (CNA) showers encomium on His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello as he congratulates him on the occasion of his second anniversary (second term) in office for his sterling performance in the last six (6) years.
In his message, the Director-General described His Excellency as a purpose driven leader with exemplary leadership styles and vision, congratulates him for his laudable efforts in repositioning and transforming the state into a world class city attractive to tourist and investors. He further described His Excellency as a dynamic leader whose resilience and dedication is shown in his actionable plans and policies.
Hon. Nazir in his remark added that the Governor in his strides to deliver true dividends of democracy to the citizens, the state have continued to witness monumental changes in different sectors, particularly in the area of lands administration with efficient reforms; which further place the state at an advantaged position in the country. He further noted with satisfaction that the giant strides of His Excellency in the last 6 years in lands administration, Urban Development and other sectors have led to remarkable achievements worthy of emulating under his dynamic and visionary watch.
Similarly, he extolled His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his resilience, dedication and immense contribution in the issues of developmental control in Kogi state.
“It gives me and the entire management and staff of the Bureau of Lands and Urban Development the greatest pleasure to extend to you and the good people of Kogi State a heartfelt congratulations on your anniversary in office.
Congratulations Sir on your 6th anniversary in office, your undying spirit to achieve the impossible is what makes you special, you are a source of inspiration and motivation to us”.
In addition, the Director-General prayed for his Excellency for more successful feats in office with more of God’s guidance and protection to pilot the state to a greater height.
