The Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources Development has congratulated Revenue Expert and grassroots empowerment enthusiast, Engr Olusegun Joseph on his birthday.
In a birthday message personally signed by the Commissioner, he described Engr Olusegun Joseph as “a man who lives for others and willing to touch lives positively”.
“You are a man blessed by God and loved by men, but your loyalty, love for the poor and generosity are your strengths. You are an embodiment of the characteristics that made great leaders: humble, forgiving and ready to sacrifice anything to make others great.
“Your influence on the grassroots is a testament of how greatly you have touched the lives of people at the grassroots.
“As you mark your day, I pray for God’s abundance and His grace to continually shine upon you. Your humility will raise you to heights you never imagine and He will give you the strength to continue to lead”.
Engr. Bashiru described Engr Joseph’s loyalty as an example of loyalty as exemplified in his “loyalty to our leader and Governor, His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello”, wished him well in the coming years.
