The Executive Chairman of Adavi local government Hon. Joseph Omiya Salami has declared. Thursday 17th August, 2022 as holiday for the staff of the council to mourn the death of Mr. James Ajako. Hon. Joseph Salami made the declaration during the funeral service for Mr. James Ajako at Saint Leo Catholic church at Nagazi-Uvete. He Said that 
Mr. James Ajako was examplary in the performance of his duties as Adavi LGA land officer. The council Boss reminded staff of the council to borrow a leaf from late James Ajako lifestyle in their private and public life and prayed to God to give the family and Catholic Church family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. In his funeral sermon, the leading cleric, Father Adinoyi Peter describe death as the end of all mortals. He reminded Christians to always be righteous as no one knows when God call to eternal glory. Fr. Adinoyi Peter said our legacies will live after and this called to make closer to God through constant prayers. The remains of late James Ajako has been committed to earth mother at his residence along kabba road, Ogaminana.
