According to Him Atabor, the adhoc committee had accused Mr Francis of speaking rudely and harshly on phone to the Committee Clerk which brought about his being directed to appear before the committee with an apology letter.
However instead of writing an unreserved apology ,Mr Francis had written a letter where in he used the word if ,interpreted to mean he was rude only in the eyes of the committee.
Atabor further averred that the questionair sent to the company was a simple one which requires that the company submit
relevant documents to the State Assembly.
