Engr Abubakar Ohere, the All Progressives Congress Candidate for the Kogi Central Senatorial District Candidate for the 2023 general election, has sent a congratulatory message to all the 33 beneficiaries of the Chieftaincy title of HRM (Dr.) Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa holding in the ancient city of Idah, as part of activities marking the first year on the throne of his forefathers.

Engr. Ohere in a message issued to newsmen, particularly mentioned the Chief of Staff to His Excellency, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku, the Accountant General, Alhaji Jibril Momoh, Alhaji Friday Idachaba and the Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Dr Usman Ogbo for the auspicious occasion of the conferment of the Chieftaincy titles by the Ata Igala.

While he described the mentioned recipients as worthy of the conferment having distinguished themselves in there various field of endeavors and services to the State and humanity at large, urged them to see the honour coming from the Ata Igala as a fiat accomplish and a reason to do more in the coming days.

The APC Flagbearer described the honour done the recipients as coming at a better time, said it would spur others to toe the path of hardwork and services to humanity and the State in general.

” I appreciate very tremendously the Royal Majesty, the Atta Igala for this rare honor and recognition. I wish him a very peaceful reign ahead.

” It is important to place on record that the one year on the throne of his forefathers has no doubt brought about peace and development in Igala kingdom, prayed for many years of prosperity for the Igala kingdom and for his Royal Father, Amen”

The APC Flagbearer prayed for more years of fruitfulness and celebration for the Paramount Ruler, as well as the recipients, wish them well in there future endeavors.
