The spokesperson for the presidential campaign council of the Peoples Democratic Party Kola Ologbondiyan has described the party as the most structured political party in Nigeria, saying PDP is on course to rescue Nigeria and Kogi state from their present economic doldrum.
Ologbondiyan who was the immediate past national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party
stated this in Lokoja on Sunday while interacting with Journalists.
According to him , the strong opposition party (PDP) has never go into any election with hypothesis, noting that the party would work and campaign to the electorate with issues that are glaring especially the current high cost of living.
“PDP is the most structured political party in Nigeria. The party is in every family, home, polling units, wards and local governments in Nigeria.
“So for us we will go into the 2023 election with reality and belief that every Nigerians are tired of maladministration of the ruling APC in the last almost eight years” he said.
Speaking on the PDP G-5 governors, Ologbondiyan, insisted that PDP is a unique political family with capacity to reconcile all aggrieved persons in their fold.
The spokesman stated that the party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the G-5 governors had expressed readiness to reconcile at different occasions.
“As a big cordial family, we have this confidence that we will resolve all differences and go into the elections as a united party,” he said.
Ologbondiyan while lamenting on the current hardship created by the ruling APC, urged the electorate to persevere and be determined to effect proper change at the polls next month.
“Nigerians are tired of APC. Everybody want a proper and prosperous change. We will achieve this through the ballot.”
