Our attention has been drawn to the false accusation/allegation over a recent publication made by one of our leaders in person of Hon. Mouktar Atimah which was meant to
put the records straight, but to our greatest surprise, the issues he raised were jettisoned and shadows were chased
In the said publication, Hon. Leke Abejide, the ADC candidate lied shamelessly that Ahmed Usman Ododo is related to Governor Yahaya Bello. They have forgotten that Abubakar Adagu Suberu was once nominated by Governor Bello to a Federal Board. Wasn’t he ? Yet he lost his polling unit during the last elections? Didn’t he ?
These are pertinent questions he failed to answer.
The points raised in the publication has not been addressed but
rather a massaging of ego only took place.
Our advice to Elder Leke Abejide is that, he should be careful of his new D.G
who gained tremendously from the present system of the state. This same man
has no iota of dignity at all as his district did not feel his impact when he served in
his last political position where he monetized all the gains that could have got to his people.
This is a man who has no electoral value in his immediate community which has not benefitted positively from him.
We read through his said achievements which he listed out in his rejoinder
but forgot to include how he physically assaulted his biological father who was an Onoba (Ward head). He was not satisfied with his own biological father’s leadership and he went ahead to suspend his father from overseeing the affairs of his ward. He also suspended his salary.
This same man wants to personalize everything about our district (Eika). He wants everything to
revolve around him.
Quoting from his accusation ,“Our mumu don do”, yes we agree but who benefitted with you in the last seven (7) and half years from our district? Nobody !
Otherwise, in the entire district who are those that decamped with him, above all at our last check you are not even a registered member of your new
political party, a party that has no ward, L.G Excos and cannot boast of 200
members in the entire senatorial district.
When you were wining and dining with people in
government, our issue was not a burning disturbance to you as your voice was never heard on the reconstruction of Obangede/Okaito road not until recently that Governor Yahaya Bello put machineries in place for the construction of the road. It will interest you to know that work has began on
the said road. Our people also deserve good lease of life.
He who lives in a glass house, they say, should not throw stones. it is our
greatest surprise that Abubakar Adagu Suberu is calling someone corrupt, you who have various cases with the anti-graft agencies.
Unfortunately, most of these anti graft cases have dragged the Local Government administration backwards.
Have you forgotten so soon how you settled with one of the anti-graft agencies by returning a stolen Toyota Corrolla Car and a transformer bought by our common wealth and which you converted to your personal use. Should we remind you how you squandered Okehi Local Government
fund during your time in office?
You’ve lost political weight right from your household and the entire Eika-District.
You are looking for whom to scam again after His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello discovered you are no more politically relevant after you’ve been appointed to lead APC in key areas and
you failed woefully.
It baffles us that the ADC governorship candidate is now your new home where you will be orchestrating your new scamming skills
after you’ve lost relevance in APC.
It’s funny enough how someone like you points accusations fingers at
someone else. Should we remind you of how you orchestrated and planted evils throughout your stay in office, which caused your political setback ever
since you left office as the Executive Chairman of Okehi Local Government
Area.
If you are that popular, why have you lost all elections that you
contested for after you left office, at least we have the Badams, Ogembe,
Ayaga, Bako’s, Poffy etc. these are all former Chairmen that after leaving offices, they contested and won elections.
It is on record that you never contributed any developmental program to your people e.g you have not given scholarship
to anybody in your community.
We’re more committed to the task ahead of us coming November 11th which is to deliver the Ododo/Oyibo mandate, the same way you’re planning to unveil
your new scamming skills in ADC . It is unfortunate and a pity that you have lost everything.
