*Governor Yahaya Bello Has Qualities and Experience To Be President*

The Executive Chairman of Ogori-Magongo Local Government Area Rt Hon Goke Oparison has hailed the recent declaration of Kogi State Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello intention to aspire for the office of president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023 noting “that he has the leadership qualities and vast experience in governance to lead the country”
Hon. Oparison added that besides his qualities and experience, Governor Yahaya Bello has been at the forefront of building bridges between parts of the country by promoting anti-ethnic anti-religious and anti-sectional politics.
Hon. Oparison stated this points while addressing OgoriMagongo party faithfuls on Monday.
“Gov. Bello is a true nationalist, who believes in the unity of Nigeria.
“He has been at the forefront of building bridges between parts of the country by promoting anti-ethnic, anti-religious and anti-sectional politics in Nigeria.
“Furthermore, he has age advantage as he clocked 46; it is believed that Nigeria needs a vibrant leader who is relatively young, strong and agile”
His Achievements
” As Governor, he further displayed his political sagacity by embarking on several developmental projects in critical sectors.
“These include Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, infrastructure and urban and rural development among others, someof which include the establishment of Confluence University of Science and Technology situated in Osara, Rice Mill factory at Ejiba, Construction of Ganaja Flyover, establishment of Kogi State Reference hospitals which cut across all the senatorial districts, reconstruction of State specialist hospital and several others.
“Governor Yahaya Bello, as Governor, has prioritised 95% of youth and women inclusiveness by engaging them in government and politics.
“It is evident by the appointment of youths as members of state executive council and several others as his special advisers, senior special assistants and special assistants.
” In terms of women inclusion in governance, all the 21 local government Vice-Chairman are women and leaders of all the legislative council are women as well, a number of them are appointed as Commissioners, special advisers, permanent secretaries, director generals, SSAs, special assistants and three(3) councilors each in every of the 21 local government areas of Kogi State.
“It is pertinent to note that Gov Bello who has zero tolerance for crimes and criminality will subdue the current spate of insecurity in the country and as a professional accountant he would sustain economic stability and the alarming rate of youth unemployment will be a thing of the past.
“I Hon. Oparison therefore, called on all well-meaning Nigerians, especially the youth, to support the candidature of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello to achieve a sustainable leadership and good governance in Nigeria
