The Kogi State House of Assembly Member representing the good people of Ajaokuta State Constituency, Hon. JIBRIL ABU aka WISDOM BANK, today, Monday, 7th August 2023 host members of his constituency to a hilarious dinner which has been described by all and sundry as the first of a kind of gesture coming from a House of Assembly Member in the history of Ajaokuta LGA.
Good will messages were delivered at the event by the representative of Ajaokuta House of Representatives Member, Hon. SANNI EGIDI ABDULRAHEEM; Ajaokuta APC party Chairman, Hon. YAKUBU YUSUF SUPER, on behalf of Ajaokuta LGA/Ward APC structure; Hon. RAJI SIYAKA, on behalf of Ajaokuta APC stakeholders; Hon. MOHAMMED AGALI, a critical APC stakeholders; Hon. Prince NDA ABU, Supervisory Councilor for Education; Representative of Kogi State government appointees, Hon. SANDRA MUSA MIMI, the SSA to GYB on Women and Children, office of the First Lady, among others. The testimonies of all speakers at the event asserts that Hon. JIBRIL ABU has started on a very great note and prayed that God will give him the zeal and ability to keep the tempo high.
While appreciating Governor YAHAYA ADOZA BELLO for being a role model and giving him the opportunity to excel in his political journey, Hon. JIBRIL ABU also eulogized Representative SANNI EGIDI ABDULRAHEEM, a man he described as a pillar of his success. Hon. Abu also extended his gratefulness to his family and friends and the entire people of his constituency for their unprecedented mandate given to him through which he rose to the platform of a House of Assembly Member. In his words, Hon. Abu emphasized that, “i am committed to serving my people with all sense of responsibility as i will always be responsive to the yearnings of our people with the instrumentality of purposeful representation to bring about the dividends of democracy for my people.”
The event was colored with the dolling out of Cheques containing hundreds of thousands of naira by Hon. JIBRIL ABU to empower a number of Ajaokuta youths in the fields of Education, Small Scale businesses, health related issues, Agriculture and Artisans.
