Kwara APC Chairman charges members on continuous voters registration

By Stephen Olufemi Oni, Ilorin

The Chairman, Kwara State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Prince Sunday Adeniran Fagbemi, has stressed the need for continuous voters registration by party faithful in order to ensure the success of the party in the 2023 elections, particularly charging party executives as drivers of the party to be conscious of the importance of the exercise as it affects the electoral process.

Fagbemi, who gave the charge at the inaugural meeting of the State Executives of the party at the state secretariat in Ilorin, the state capital, lauded them and party faithful for their support and loyalty to the party, stressing that accountability and strict adherence to the Constitution of the party would be the watchword and guiding principles of his administration.

He also thanked Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his patience, perseverance and leadership styles which have continuously won more followers into the party.

Fagbemi, however, admonished the executive members to be magnanimous in victory and shelve whatever pride for easy integration of new members into the party.

Noting that APC remains the party to beat in the state, the Chairman said all hands should be on deck to ensure a landslide victory for the party, not only in the state but also at the national level in the 2023 elections.
