In continuation of the sensitization visits to all the Academic Institutions across the state, The Director Of Youth and Students, Ododo Support Organization (OSO) Hon. Isah Onimisi Babangida and his Team landed their consultation train to the warmly embrace of the management and students of the Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara (CUSTECH) where they sensitized and propagate the gospel of the APC flag bearer, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo ahead of the November 11th Governorship Election in Kogi state.
The Director, whose consultation train had earlier been to the Kogi State College of Nursing, Obangede and Federal College of Education, Okene; used the occasion of the visit to outline the programs of the Directorate and admonished the Students who are of voting eligibility age to partake actively in the forthcoming gubernatorial election. Hon. Babangida used the opportunity to Inaugurate the CUSTECH Students Chapter of the Directorate.
In his address, the Director General of the Ododo Support Organisation, A. S. Adaira (PhD) who joined the program via a telephone call encouraged the students to join the winning team and be part of the success of the incoming governor of the state, in the person of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
He reminded the students that the current administration of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello was able to establish and equipped the institution to standard, thereby creating enabling and conducive learning environment for both the staff and students, and for such tempo to be sustained, they are expected to work for the continuation of the Government by electing Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo as the next Governor of the state. The Director General urges the students and youths of the institution to convince their guardians and neighbours to vote for the candidacy of the APC.
In remark, the leadership of the students across the various ethnic groups in the state took turns to appreciate the visit of the Director and his team, who is incidentally the current SSA to the Kogi State Governor on Students Affairs. They use the opportunity to once more appreciate the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello for conceiving the idea that gave birth to the institution and seeing to her proper take-off. They pledge to support and follow the Direction of the Governor in the forthcoming election.
The highlights of the occasion include taking photographs and contributions from the rest of the team and the student body.
