*Omala APC Stakeholders Declares Total Support For Hon. Aboh’s Candidature*
~Kick-starts Reconciliation Process

Critical stakeholders of All Progressives Congress, APC from Omala Local Government Area has thrown their weight behind the emergence of the sole aspirant for APC in Omala Local Government in the forthcoming December 12 council poll.

The stakeholders, in their resolution declared that, they are committed to work with Hon. Aboh to enable him succeed to bring about accelerated development in Omala.

Reconciliation took front burner as all the stakeholders expressed their readiness to bury the hatchet and move forward progressively.

In his remarks, the APC sole aspirant for Omala Local Government, Hon. (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu praised the readiness of all to work with him, and the need to take APC, Omala Local Government to it’s place of pride.

Alhaji Aboh reiterated that he is out to serve, that with his experience as administrator and SSA on Security to the Governor, he has gathered the needed experience that will enable him do more for the people. He appeal to all those he has wrong to find a place in their heart to forgive him, as he has forgiven all those who wrong him, for the interest of peace and progress of Omala. He seek for support of all stakeholders, party faithfuls and the entire people of Omala Local Government across party line. The former Administrator thanked His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and his active team for their firm grasp of the party structure and governance.

Earlier in his opening remarks, the house of assembly member for Omala state constituency, Hon. Prince Collins A.H. Musa in his opening remarks congratulated the Executive Chairman of Omala Local Government hopeful, Hon. (Alh) Ibrahim Yakubu Aboh and all other councillors in the making from the All Progressives Congress, APC party in Omala Local Government for their successful screening.

Hon. Collins maintained that the essence of this meeting is to reconcile all aggrieved members of the party, and to further set a committee that will carry out this reconciliation across the eleven wards of Omala Local Government, while he called on all to close ranks with the their sole aspirant to bring about victory come 22th December, 2020.

Elder Moses Atakpa, a former head of service and Chairman, Kogi East Elders Advisory Council hailed the former SSA on Security for his determination, uprightness and resilience, stressed that, “this is part of internal democracy. The need to realign, build a strong and formidable structure that will ease the task of governance, geared towards bringing meaningful development to Omala Local Government can not be overemphasized. He lamented that, people should shun pull him down tendencies, hampers on the need to kill backstabbing, bickering and enmity, adding that the entire Omala people are all brothers and are one.

The committee, saddled with the responsibility of reconciling all aggieved party members across the eleven wards has the next two weeks to complete their assignment.

3. Hon. Alima G. Abuh – Member
4. Hon. Simeon Omale – Member
5. Hon. Philimon A. Adaji – Member
6. Hon. Isaac Audu – Member
7. Hon. Danjuma Baba (LG Party Chairman) – Member.
8. Dr. Haruna Alilu – Member.

In addition to above listed committee members, other stakeholders present include, Alhaji Suleiman Ibrahim, Mr. Ali Edoh, Elder Emmanuel Ejiga; Hon. Atuluku Victor Levi, Hon. Steve Shaibu, and Hon. Abel Onuh.

Other stakeholders where unavoidably absent.
