The Provost is seeking the Court to nullify the Election of Mall. Ibraheems Yahaya led National Executives.
The date for mentioning of the case is yet to be fixed.
Addressing newsmen in Lokoja, the National President Mall.Ibraheems Yahaya called on members to remain calm and be law abiding and always stand by the truth assuring that the truth of the matter would soon be known.
