Shuiabu Condemns Gunmen Attack On Police station and First Bank,Isanlu
Chairman of Shuiabu Abubakar audu Foundation, Alhaji Shuiabu Abubakar audu, has condemned the killings of 8 police men, some civilians and attacked on First Bank Isanlu by unknown gunmen at Isanlu of Yagba East Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Shuiabu,in a statement he signed Friday and made available to journalists in Lokoja, described the attack as “evil, barbaric,and unfortunate ”.
“My heart is torn to shreds and I deeply feel the pain of these innocent people that lost their lives ,I commiserate with the Kogi state government, Kogi State Police command and the families of the deceased
He appealed to the security agencies in the state not to allow the culprits to go unpunished.
“I want to call on the inspector General of Police on the need urgently to fish out the perpetrators of this heinous crime to face the full wrath of law.
He, however, called for calm, urging residents of the community to be law-abiding and security conscious.
