Right from the time of Hon. Anthony Awuru (Holy Man), through the time of Felix Ologun, Baiye Aweh, Johnson Obaja to the time of Ajayi Adigbole (Okpakuleje), Blessing Obaro never begrudged any of them.
Today Blessing Obaro is the APC flag bearer for the Obatigben Ward councillorship seat.

WHO IS BLESSING OBARO?
Blessing Obaro is a bonafide daughter of Magongo in Ogori/Magongo Local government. She was Born into the family of Mr and Mrs James Benson Obaro in the early 80s.
She part of her primary school in magongo, she proceeded to Magongo Community Secondary School (MCSS).
Thereafter, she proceeded to Kogi state University where she obtained a Diploma.
Because of her love for education, Up till date, Blessing Obaro is still Studying.
Blessing is a lover of music. She was a member of the Catholic choir in Magongo and was a member of the Catholic choir in St. Augustine Catholic Chaplain, Anyigba.
She’s a Proud and Responsible Mother.
The journey has been an Awesome one for her, not without it’s challenges. But with the support of friends, family, mentors, and Coaches as they have all been her support system.
Blessing Obaro believes that leadership starts with learning to lead oneself, to lead One’s space, to lead One’s Community, this defines her race to represent Obatigben Ward at the Council level.
Blessing also believes that Ogori/Magongo Local government cannot continue to be “victim of decisions”. Young people, most especially females must rise and be equipped for the task Ahead.
