I, Hon. Yahaya Umar, member, Kogi State House of Assembly Lokoja, on behalf of myself and the entire benevolent people of Omala State Constituency that I represent, do heartily congratulate His Excellences, Alhaji Usman 
Ahmed Ododo, the Executive Governor of Kogi State and his workaholic deputy, Chief Joel Salifu Oyibo, on this historic ONE HUNDRED DAYS in office which has been eventful indeed.
Sirs, within these short days in office, you have touched lives of Kogites through empowerments, and appointments, you have placed much attention on security of lives and properties, and must importantly, preaching peace and unity which are the bedrock of any socio-economic development of any human society.
You have demonstrated high level of commitment to the development of Kogi State at all fronts.
It is my fervent prayer that the Almighty God will grant you more fulfillment, peace and abundant health to carry on.
