The Elelulu Of Mopa, His Royal Majesty, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun earlier today played host to the Kogi State Commissioner for Works who was in Mopa on a working visit to inspect ongoing roads construction and rehabilitation projects recently approved by the Kogi State Government under the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The Commissioner for Works,
Engr. Mohammed Ahovi Yusuf paid an unscheduled projects inspection/valuation visit to the ongoing road projects. The Commissioner who was accompanied by his Technical Assistant, Engr. Sule Anthony and Engr. Alhasan Akubo of the Civil Engineering Department was appreciated by the Elulu.
Elulu of Mopa, Oba Ibeun also appreciated the Governor Ododo led government for remembering Mopa. He said Governor Ododo has remembered Mopa based on the template laid by for Governor Yahaya Bello.
After accessing the projects in Mopa, the Commissioner was pleased with the level of work carried out so far by the State Road Maintenance Agency (KOGROMA).
He appreciated Engr. Yusuf Alhasan (MD) KOGROMA, while he spoke specifically on the quality of fillings done on the roads, the drainage systems, culverts, kerbs and rings.
Rounding up from Mopa, the Commissioner for Works paid a courtesy visit to the Elulu of Mopa, Oba Muyiwa Ibeun, before heading to Egbe.
