CHIEF ISAH UMORU CROWNED OGABO ATA IGALA.
The Ata Igala, HRM Matthew Opaluwa Oguche-Akpa has decorated Chief Isah Umoru with the Chieftaincy title of OGABO ATA IGALA with a charge for him to remain steadfast in his services for the progress and development of mankind. The ATA Igala gave the charge in his palace at Idaho at the coronation ceremony reminded Chief Isah Umoru to use his new position to contribute more to the peace and progress of Igala Kingdom. The royal father used the occasion to call on Igalas both at home and in diaspora to always see themselves as one big family with purpose to be United for peaceful living. HRM Matthew Opaluwa Oguche-Akpa thanked God for the present socio-economic development being witnessed in igalalamd and reminded his subjects to be their brothers keeper in whatever positions they they found themselves.
He urged OGABO ATA Igala to bring to bear his wealth of experience for better igalaland. Speaking, the Ogabo ATA Igala, Chief Isah Umoru appreciated Ata Igala for considering him worthy to serve in the present capacity and assured that he will not derail in the task of uniting the igala sons and daughters within and outside the kogi state. Chief Isah Umoru who hails from Ofu local government promised Ata Igala that he will remain committed to the ideals and focus of Ata Igala to develop the kingdom. He called on igalas to join hands with Ata Igala as vanguard of societal transformation through genuine entrepreneurial skills acquisition and development.
