My Dear Brother and Provost,

On behalf of the entire members of the Unique Family Club, Lokoja, and on my own behalf, I write to heartily congratulate you on your first anniversary in office as Provost of the Federal College of Education, Okene.
One year ago, you took up this enormous responsibility, and today we can all look back with pride. In just twelve months, you have shown what purposeful leadership, quiet dedication and clear vision can achieve.
Your commitment to academic excellence, institutional discipline and innovation has not gone unnoticed. You have brought stability, renewed confidence and a sense of direction to the College. As your brothers and sisters in the Unique Family Club, Lokoja, we are immensely proud of you. Your success is our pride, and a reflection of your hard work, integrity and passion for service.
