Gov. Bello capable of taking Nigeria to the promise land…..Kogi Assembly Chief Whip
The Chief Whip , Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Muktar Bajeh has called on Nigerians especially the North Central States to support His Excellency Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State for the 2023 presidential race, describing the Governor as a youthful leader who can take the country to the promising land.
Hon. Bajeh who made the call on Tuesday while speaking with newsmen in Lokoja said Governor Bello has the requisite qualifications and experience to become the president or vice president of Nigeria
According to him , the North Central have since the return of democracy had never occupied the exulted positions despite its contribution to the nation building, noting that the zone has people with needed capacity to pilot the affairs of the country.
“I am calling on the leadership of the All Progressive Congress APC to in the spirit of equity, justice and togetherness to give priority to the North Central presidency comes 2023 and Governor Yahaya Bello should be giving the chance to use his wealth of experience to take the country to a greater height.
“Governor Bello has done well in the governance of Kogi State especially in the areas of security, education , infrastructure , health , civil service reforms among others to many to mention.
“The Governor also ensure that APC has its tap root across the 21 local government areas of the state which he demonstrated in the state assembly today where all the seats are occupied by All Progressive Congress (APC) and the three senators representing the state at the National Assembly are all members of the ruling party APC”
The Chief Whip called on Kogites and the teeming members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) across the country to give His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Bello unalloyed support to enable him become the next president of Nigeria comes 2023 to turn around the fortune of the nation for better.
