A renowned philanthropist and businessman from Omala Local Government Area of Kogi State, Hon. Abubakar Shehu Sageer , popularly known as Khalifa, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Kogi State APC Chairman, Hon. Abdul Dollar, on his recent appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Chairman, Governing Board of the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute (ARMTI).
In a statement issued to the press in Lokoja, Hon. Sageer described the appointment as a “well-deserved recognition” of Hon. Abdul Dollar’s loyalty, capacity, and dedication to the progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
“This appointment is evident to your years of tireless service, grassroots mobilization, and commitment to the development of our great party. I am confident that your leadership at the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute will bring about positive transformation, especially in the areas of agricultural innovation and rural development,” Khalifa stated.
He further commended President Tinubu for finding Hon. Abdul Dollar worthy of such a strategic national responsibility, emphasizing that the move reflects the President’s trust in capable leaders from Kogi State.
Hon. Khalifa Abubakar Shehu , widely known for his humanitarian initiatives and support for youth and community development across Kogi East, expressed optimism that the new role will offer more opportunities for collaboration towards the betterment of rural communities and agricultural advancement in Nigeria.
