Yagba East Bank Robbery: Kogi SSG Condemns the Wicked Act; Condoles With Families.
The Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. (Mrs) Folashade Ayoade has condemned in the strongest terms the Bank Robbery unleashed by men of the underworld which claimed lives of innocent citizens.
She gave the condemnation in a statement by her media office in Lokoja Friday.
The SSG lamented the dastardly act as wicked, evil and a collective robbery on the peaceful co-existence of the law abiding people of Isanlu as a community, the State and the Country at large.
She described the twin attack which claimed the lives of Officers and Men at the Insanlu Divisional Police Station including the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) and the male civilian who was shot at the First Bank Isanlu Branch as very sad, painful and highly disturbing.
Dr. Folashahe condoles with the families of those who lost their beloved ones, The Nigerian Police Force, First Bank Nigeria PLC, Isanlu Community, the Yagba East Local Government Area and the State for the shameless act as she prayed God to give the families the fortitude to bear the irrevocably loss.
The SSG also prayed that God should show the Joint Security Outfits speedy ways of bringing the perpetrators of the ignoble act to Justice.
