The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, on Friday 3rd April, 2026, attended the official home-coming ceremony held in honour of the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service, Engr. Samuel Adeyemi Olumode, in Kabba, Kogi State.
The event, which drew dignitaries from across the state and beyond, was a celebration of distinguished service, leadership, and national contribution.
Rt. Hon. Egwaba commended Engr. Olumode for his exemplary career and dedication to public service, describing his rise to the position of Controller General as a source of pride not only to Kogi State but to the nation at large.
