The Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, is attending the 5th Annual International Conference & Summit of the Standup for Women Society (SWS) in Abuja.
The conference, holding from 8th to 12th September 2026, is themed “Women Securing the Future: Leadership, Prosperity & Global Impact.”
The summit brings together women leaders, professionals, advocates and other stakeholders to engage on issues surrounding women’s leadership, empowerment, prosperity and their role in shaping the future.
The Deputy Speaker’s participation reflects her continued interest in platforms that promote women’s advancement, leadership and meaningful participation in society.
