2027: APC Has No Opposition In Kwara – Lekan Adewoye
Stephen Olufemi Oni, Ilorin
The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Kwara South Senatorial Candidate, Prince Lekan Adewoye, has declared that the APC is the party to beat and has no opposition in Kwara State.
The APC senatorial candidate said this at the Special Prayer Session for all the APC candidates in the Kwara South Senatorial District held at Ajase-Ipo Motor Park, in Ajase-Ipo, Irepodun Local Government Area of the State.
Prince Adewoye attributed the assertion to the unprecedented infrastructural development recorded in Kwara South and across the State since the APC came to power.
“We are not going back. We want to keep progressing, that is why we are sticking with the APC that has done so well for the people,” he said.
He added that in the dark era of the opposition, gratuities, pensions and other entitlements were not paid, but all that became a thing of the past when Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq came to power and changed the narrative.
Prince Adewoye, who assured his constituents of quality representation if given the mandate, urged the people to continue supporting the APC by voting for all its candidates in the 2027 general elections, so that the dividends of democracy would continue to flourish.
