The Rector Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo says new academic programmes will be introduced in the institution next year.
He stated this while defending the institution’s twenty twenty four budget estimate at the assembly complex.
He said the instition which would also expand its facilities in the area of construction of hostel, fencing of it’s itape campus and building of pedestal overhead bridge said the institution would sustain it’s quality assurance, of zero tolerance for exam malpractices, prompt release of results and uncompromising posture on cultism and other voices.
The rector said the secret to the numerus achievements in the institution remains the fact that staffs were innovative and selfless in the discharge of their duties.
